KB Home does not accept responsibility for building a piece of garbage and will fight you, rather than do the right thing and build a home to building code standard. Outright fraud, deceiving and lies, the worst company I have ever dealt with. Will be doing research as to why they are no longer building in other states. My guess is they couldn't get away with their tactics.
