10 Month Update   

KB Home workers circled a large bump in the sub floor nailed it still leaving the bump and placed laminated flooring on top of it.

They placed the laminated floor so tight that the baseboards are popping off from the floor expansion. I have had numerous floor installs and KB Home keep using the same contractor - Spraggins who consistently screw it up.

Flooring cut to tight or not near the wall at all and this is their fix.

KB Home claims they came in and fixed the bad miter cuts and painted, another lie on top of lie

Less than a year and the walls are cracking in more than one place
